Morning and Bedtime Routine Builder
A routine chart turns "Did you brush your teeth? Shoes! We are late!" into a list your child can follow on their own. Choose morning or bedtime, pick the steps, put them in order and print.

What to include
Keep it to five to eight steps. A morning routine might be: get dressed, make bed, breakfast, brush teeth, pack bag, shoes and coat. A bedtime routine might be: tidy toys, bath or shower, pajamas, brush teeth, story, lights out.
Making it stick
Put the chart where the routine happens, at your child's eye level. Walk through it together for the first week. Then let your child lead and check the steps off themselves.
