Part 1 — Public policy
Family Plus — one family, up to 4 child profiles.
- Monthly: USD 5.99 per month + applicable tax.
- Annual: USD 39 per year + applicable tax. Tax (U.S. sales tax or VAT) is calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay.
Free trial. 7 days of Family Plus, free, no card required. When the trial ends you go back to the free features. We never charge you automatically after a trial.
Automatic renewal. Once you subscribe, your plan renews automatically every month or every year and your card is charged the then-current price plus tax, until you cancel.
Reminders before every renewal.
- Monthly and annual plans: an email 7 days before each renewal.
- Annual plans: also an email [TO CONFIRM — required: 30] days before renewal. Each reminder shows the amount, the date and a direct cancel link.
Cancel in two clicks. Parent dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription → Confirm cancellation. No survey, no phone call, no special offers in the way. You can also cancel by emailing hello@kids51.com from your account email. You keep Family Plus until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
14-day refund on any charge. Within 14 days after any charge (first payment or a renewal), press Refund in your dashboard or email us. We refund that charge in full, automatically — no questions asked. A refund ends Family Plus immediately. After 14 days, charges are not refundable except where the law requires.
Price changes. We email you 7 to 30 days before a new price applies to you. It applies only from your next renewal after that email, and you can cancel before then.
Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately. If you are within 14 days of a charge, press Refund first.
Apps from the App Store or Google Play (future). Subscriptions bought inside those apps are billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded by Apple or Google; manage them in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
